I said they should do a poll.
When those polls consitutute as negative feedback, yes, those polls are irrelevant.
People against the removal of LFD are way more likely to seek out polls about LFD than people that are indifferent or for the removal of LFD.
Thatâs what years of science and research in human behaviors tells us.
Itâs amusing that you think Youtube polls hosted by pro-LFD content creators counts as data. Thatâs not data and it would not be taken seriously by any statician or researcher.
Thereâs a reason why Blizzard has stuck to their guns on this. Enough people are celebrating the change.
The wording was off. I see now, youâre making a claim without anything to back it up, while dismissing our data as, âanecdotalâ.
Oh, I guarantee you they care. Keep in mind, Blizzard is a company that has PLENTY of investors/shareholders, whatever you wanna call them, to ensure they are consistently making money for.
I assume you mean things like transfers and boosts? Subscriptions will ALWAYS generate more income than those.
Still waiting for the part where you actually defend anti RDF with data proven points. Really cool whataboutisms thoughâŚ
The only claim I made was that your polls you keep quoting are flawed data.
Their earnings calls have been going up while subs have been dropping, they make more money on mounts then they do subs.
So you donât even think that the majority of players donât want LFD?
Who knows? No one does lol.
Itâs not on my to defend anti-RDF. Iâm neutral to this topic and donât care either way.
Itâs on YOU, as someone who is pro-LFD, to convince Blizzard via whatever talking points you can. Anecdotal data from unsecure polls hosted by biased influncers and their communities isnât all that convincing, to say the least, which is why Blizzard hasnât taken those âpollsâ into consideration.
Yes â the polls are irrelevant, sorry to say.
This word does not mean what you think it means.

Majority wins.
We could, but Blizzard doesnât want that to be made known.
The argument that 1 side is the majority is a flawed argument without sound data to prove it.
Do you have a source for this? Because from my understanding, you need a subscription to purchase things from the store?
Literally every single time this has been tested, the majority wanted LFD. Even for hardcore fans that played on private servers.
Whataboutism or whataboutery (as in âwhat aboutâŚ?â) denotes in a pejorative sense a procedure in which a critical question or argument is not answered or discussed, but retorted with a critical counter-question which expresses a counter-accusation.
It means exactly what I know it means.
More confirmation bias, no one that has got their way is coming to the forums in a rage. Iâm just a glutton for punishment.
Willi the Youtube had a poll with 28,000 replies. - Majority wanted LFD
Wowlogs had a poll with 25,000 replies - Majority wanted LFD.
There are a few reddit and MMOChamp polls with recorded responses between 1,000-5,000. All were PRO LFD.
You need a sub to purchase things, but they make more money out of in game items and wow tokens. You can find it in their earnings calls. Look at the population estimates and look at the earnings.
Literally every single time this has been tested, the majority wanted LFD. Even for hardcore fans that played on private servers.
This is not helping you.
