Rookery:
- First boss has one mechanic: Dodge swirlies. Every now and then (usually once a fight) you have to, hold onto something, WALK WITH GIANT LASERS WHILE DODGING THE SAME SWIRLIES OMG SO HARD.
- Second boss, you, I can’t believe it, don’t stand in a swirly! There’s also a DoT that you can only have once per person. Very hard, trust me. Not like your character turns massive and purple to easily track your position or anything, and not like everyone who has had the debuff is on fire with purple magic.
- Third boss, get this, you dodge swirlies! And then, right, you blow up a crystal with a circle around you!
You’re right, my bad, these dungeons are IMPOSSIBLE to do. 2 mechanics per boss that rarely go off simultaneously, a 50 APM class that has three buttons… Very hard for anyone who isn’t a pro MLG super leet gamer. And those old, arthritic fingers? They can’t handle it!
Maybe try something like Sims, or pick up pottery or something. Video games ain’t it.

You are the one who is straight up lying. It isn’t an opinion that fights have gotten more complex, it’s a fact.
Again, complexity is not a synonym for difficulty. You can have a fight with 10 easy mechanics that have little consequence for failing be easier than a fight that has 3 hard mechanics with heavy punishment for failing.

Its about 99% useless except to just play casually. No serious player is gonna use it except maybe healers to get a shot in here and there as required by law, lol.

I’ve done mythic raiding, I’ve done up to 14s. Still braindead.

- Boss 1: Literally nothing. It’s a healer mechanic that you can ignore up to like 16s. Above 16s, you just break pillars in sequence instead of all at once. VERY DIFFICULT I KNOW.
- Boss 2 (Machine speakers): You have to, I can’t believe it, INTERRUPT SOMETHING?! And then you don’t stand in fire? Mind blowing!
- Boss 3: You kill crystals… but not all at once?! OMG I CAN’T EVEN FATHOM. Then you pick up a buff and break his shield??? How does anyone do it?
- Boss 4: You… don’t stand in front of him? Rocket science! Then you take a debuff to a portal??? You’re right, my bad.
How do people even DO these bosses?
