There will be changes, eventually. However, that will be long after we’ve started raiding etc. You and the kiddies like you are living a dream that is utterly false. Give it time, the pressure will make sure of this.

On top of that, your position is utter insanity. Are you actually saying that the specs were not-playable, should not be fixed? No one is advocating for nerfs here, which we know thats what you are worried about. We’re advocating for buffs that make some specs/classes more valid, this is primarily resource driven (ie mana/energy etc).

Not true. For the most part, elemental was not really all that viable until you had uber gear, because of the insane mana costs. Simple changes like changing convection ( a talent that reduces mana cost by 1% up to 5% for 5 ranks) to 5% (up to 25% for 5 ranks) will be exactly what elemental needs to perform much better later game. This single change can validate the specialization with out bis gear.

Enhancement are a bit of a bigger issue, because blizzard seemed to have made them with the intent of tanking (and they can tank dungeons right now, but because of the resistance mechanics in raids, thats not an opion for them).

Either their damage per second output (ie consistency) needs to come up (likely through buffs to flame tongue and its talents) or t he tanking talents (5% parry, dodge, block) need to be increased to something like 25%-30 (for each) to help validate shaman tanking in dungeons, to make enhance more viable.

In pvp, 2 hand enh performs well, however in pve, it basically is just there for totem spam (and ever raid takes one) so either more support, or more tank is the way to go with the minimal amount of impact to the game.
