There is no Jack of all trades spec. I wouldn’t even call Druid a Jack of all trades class as that would imply that even though they can do every role, they don’t do them as well as other classes and that simply isn’t true. Season to season balance aside, a Resto Druid isn’t any worse than any other healer or a Balance Druid than any other caster.
Having access to all four roles doesn’t enable Druid to perform every role simultaneously.
If there is a jack-of-all-trades spec for shaming people of every role it is Blood DK.
In Fairness a BDK can heal themselves, tank, and dps so they have a little bit of everything.

I’ve seen some geared BDKs make the dps and healers look bad while tanking and all in the same pull.
Prot Pally.
Blood DK can outheal the healer but it’s all self healing. Prot Pally can actually heal the group, tank, and do good damage. Their other utility is insane too. Avenger’s Shield probably actually shouldn’t interrupt casts.
Maybe presevoker. They have mobility, great healing, great damage, good defensives, bloodlust, really good raid/party CDs, stacked healing, CC, 2 racial knockbacks, their dispel dispels tons of things at once…
