i’ve tried, turning off my add ons, reloading, turning off war mode, etc.
nothing works.
ya’know, i just ran Waycrest Manor for the same quest, and like you, Lucille ain’t home, so much for being able to get the Two Sides to Every Tale Achievement
I figured it out. So you basically have to do the zone quests to a certian point to get her to be there. There’s a quest where she is being hung that’s how you know you’re on the right track. Though it all just makes it happen if you do it.
Good old Blizzard incompetent quest design. Don’t get me wrong she fits the quest being a Waycrest, but never make it a phased NPC assuming people did the zone quests. That is straight up moronic. Never assume anything otherwise you will get flooded with stuff like this. Hundreds of posts about this quest being bugged when it’s really not.
Moral of the story is that Blizzard is stupid. I shouldn’t have access to a quest I can’t turn in because pf phasing.
