WC3 Reforged isnt THAT bad

This is by far the most warped view on credit I have ever read. Simply beautiful.

Hows it warped, im talking about Cash back I get from purchases I would be making anyway. Its disposable because I dont have to go out of my way to earn it.

you should see the terms when you apply for a Discover card then youll be ecstatic

Its money, that I would not have earned If I didnt have a credit card, and its money I get off of purchases I will be making anyway. You can save money by considering it a “discount”, or spend it, but either way its disposable.

We gave them two years to get it right. If it wasnt in a launch-ready state, then it shouldnt have been launched.

when it comes to a credit card Samuel L Jackson wont ask whats in your wallet because you and him will already know the answer i mean 24% interest compounded every month youll be lucky if you end up getting to keep your kids photos

If it’s not that bad why is Blizzard refusing refunds? lol

Its more like 0.0001% of every $100 you pay them in interest, Most cards in order to earn a buck you have to pay them 1000-10,000 they give you “cash back points” and those point transition into your “reward”.
You got cash back from interest paid over time if you didnt have the card in the first place you would most likely had more then you do now.

You do realize that if you pay your credit cards on time, you pay 0% interest…right??

sadly 99% of people do not

I pay my cards on time, I pay no interest. Basically I get paid to borrow the money. I pay back the exact amount, then get the little cash back bonus.

The other thread is basically holding an impeachment trial over WC3.

Moral of the story don’t buy unfinished games then cry when they change it.

Credit card companies want people that don’t or cant always pay them on time their target customers are the ones that are always behind in their bill they want that monkey on your back so badly theyd almost superglue it to them just to ensure the interest rate continues to accrue that’s what they live for

Dude you do pay interest you just wouldn’t see it unless you actually worked in the credit banking industry your bill might say $100.00 but it might acutally be $100.0014323.
Unless your paying that by the next business day there is interest being charged.
Money is exchanged in fractions of a penny or whatever currency every second of the day.
Its simplified for public use to make it alot easier in general but we have long since passed the day where $1 was actually worth $1.

I’d prefer to spend my money on a game that’s good instead of “not that bad.”

Day 1 pre orders are scum but I can’t really fault those who still expected their childhood champion vidya company to not try and out right scam them.

And what about those of us who bought a finished game (WC 3 TFT) and this terrible unfinished game ruined our game?

Op says give it a few months.

Lol you know blizz ghosted the community after the announcement? Blizz literally didn’t make a single post or reach out to the community once - and only began promoting reforged a few weeks ago.

They don’t hold this franchise very high anymore - and I don’t think these issues will be fixed “in a few months”. Realistically it’ll be a year or so. That’s a long time - especially considering a pretty sizeabble fanbase was playing without issues on bnet this entire time. Now it’s disrupted.

Seems the only people happy with the game are the newcomers

They promoted in 2018 went dead silent for almost 2 years on it thats red flag.

I could tell the passion wasn’t there.

Rpardo was all about this game when it was Being promoted in 2002…and boy did they deliver.

I remember he used to be in beta chat rooms every Friday afternoon answering questions and doing custom games.

They also had a tradition of putting on a beta tournament at the conclusion of every rts beta (since starcraft) which hyped it up as well.

Times sure did change didn’t they.

I think they should have put a team lead that wanted to be there in charge of this game. I have a hard time believing pete stillwell wanted anything to do with warcraft 3
