Can hunters solo last boss of WC? If so any recommended pet? I could only reach him to 25% but i use a cat.

Might try a bear. They’re considerably more tanky than cats, but do less damage.
Can’t you pull him into the first big room with the river and jump up and down to kite him?

before the nerfs my troll hunter at level 17 solo’d all of WC (I used the rake)
after the nerfs my level 25 night elf hunter couldnt solo the whole zone, i got the giant elemental boss down to 5% before having to jump down the tunnel to get away.
after I got all full BIS (except for range - still wont drop) I can solo the last giant elemental boss but i have to rez my pet 3 times during the fight and even than im down to less than 10% life (I have 1.7k health with no buffs)

You mean the mulorc? Yes, pull him out the room, around the big rock column, Pet tank, heal pet, only shot between heals, los once you see him casting mc. You will grind him down. And I used a ws or cat
The same with the elemental boss. Keep healing the pet, only autoshot between shots. Easy to solo
