I have the same problem. I tried everything and nothing. It may be because I activated the waygate in the new zone before trying to activate this one, which would make it into a bug.

Same issue. put in a ticket. I tried to complete all the quests in the area (the Dreamer achievement) to see if it popped, but that didn’t do anything. still broken.
