Wayfinder's Compass Quest and/or Toy Not Showing Up

I’m currently at renown 10 with Dragonscale Expedition (quest requires renown 9), and the quest is not showing up for me at Jeb (47,83 The Waking Shore). I checked to see if I’ve completed the quest, and I have not yet. It’s not showing up as acquired in my toy journal either.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Bumping this because I am having the same issue. Level 16 Renown with Dragonscale Expedition and cannot get quest to show.
