Waycrest Manor! YAASSS!

So, I just did Waycrest Manor and oh man. This is the best 5 man in the whole game.

Maybe I’m just overly excited that finally after 15 years there is something that is Witch themed, but the entire Kul Tiras and BfA expak has been nothing short of awesome.

Visuals and design are top notch, story lines are fantastic…I left half way through Legion, not able to finish it, but this…this was well done on Blizzard’s part.

I’m not sure how there’s so much complaining about it out there. I’m, loving it.

P.S. Could care less about PVP side of things. It might as well be removed tomorrow as a concept and I wouldn’t notice.
I’m talking about the story lines, zone design, visuals of the dungeons, quests that are fun to play etc.

P.S.S Yes, I was excited enough about it, to come on here and share it as my 1st post on these forums in 15 years…lol. So there you have it.

Agreed. Bfa and it’s zones are great! 2nd favorite expac so far.

There are good points and bad points about the expansion, some people like to focus on the bad. Overall I’m satisfied, but this game is a work in progress.

Yeah i love the overwhelming feeling i get of claustrophobia when its sanguine or quaking week.

Almost as if it were designed for a mouse or something.

My favorite part about Waycrest Manor is that it has secret ladies what do magic and beat you up. :smiley:

Waycrest manor is based on a dungeon from FFXIV. it’s basically a haunted house and they created one in WoW as a response. Same stairs-format going up, ups and downs, and a basement in FF’s version.

My favorite instance as well. I love Drustvar too, great zone. Thanks for the positive thread, we need more around here.

Waycrest Manor is awesome.

Some of the I stances I’m kind of meh about but waycrest rocks. Its a fantastic end to the drustvar story which was also, out of this world awesome.

I agree with you, OP!

Battle for Azeroth is truly an amazing expansion that will go down as one of the best, if not the best, expansions ever released. There are a lot of tears running down the cheeks of the forum but this is the only place you hear people crying about the game.

Battle for Azeroth, being Ion’s first expansion release, is truly a gem that has paved the road for many more successful future expansions to come! I look forward to the many more years of this quality of work!

I love Waycrest Manor too. Aesthetic wise it’s really spooky and captures the ambience and atmosphere of Drustvar pretty well. Big fan of Freehold and Atal’dazar too, they’re pretty damned easy to time as well. Underrot is also pretty coo, with all the rot on the ground.

Tera online also has a haunted/witch dungeon called Sinestral Manor. Nothing unique about Waycrest, but hey the typical GD has no clue about any other games except WoW
