Had been having this issue for at least three days now. Every time i try to open a Waterlogged toolbox, the message appears “You can can’t do that right now.”. Please, address this issue as it has been ongoing annoyance. Thank you in advance.
On Tuesday, July 02, i was able to open the toolbox and extract the its contents.
It’s not a bug. It means you have an item called Germinating Seed in your bags which is what the toolbox contains. It should state that somewhere but yeah, not a bug. You cannot have more than one seed.

Can also be the chum from Nazjatar. It’s just a unique item is in the chest that you already have in your inventory, therefore you actually can’t do that right now.

Ahh, thank you! This has happened to me twice now and I couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Never would have linked it to the Seed.
