Balancing is hard, i get it. This ability requires zero balancing as far as i can see, and will allow me to survive a little better in pvp (minus death in stuns).
I can toss out a few nore of those crappy heals we have, and might actually win more fights.
Yes i realize there are far more pressing issues, but this would definitely help (for those of you that remember water shield).
