There was a script I used to have in Cata or Mop which would display water shield on my raid frames. Does anyone still have it? Since we got it back! 
I dunno about what you’re asking for but you could likely easily make a weak aura to do the same only with a larger depiction, and a number for the orbs left/time left.
I am also looking for this - this script was most likely posted on Arena Junkies in a Kollektiv video thread, however the site is gone.
If you have weak auras there is a aura for this made
I use a weak aura that appears when I have no shield on me, so I use the proper one depending on situation and spec.
