Farmed THREE Kolkar booty keys and the chest doesn’t contain the water rune relic? What gives?
Because it’s not a rune, it’s an item that you turn into the rune.
Right - the relic is not dropping. I understand that. All I get is a green and grey items
I don’t remember it taking me many chests to get it myself when I did it in phase 1. There are comments from people who didn’t get it right away though so I guess it’s not 100% or some people think if another shaman looted it recently you won’t get one.
There’s an alternative option in Silverpine you could try.
I can’t say for sure this is happening to you, but if people are opening the chest and looting, say, the BoE green in the chest, but leaving all of the trash (food, etc), then a new/fresh chest won’t spawn, and using your key leaves you with nothing but junk.
welp - I guess I’m off to Silverpine Forrest because I just tried a fourth time and no joy on the relic. I reloaded and logged off & on. I’m level 22 shaman, I should be abled to get this relic. On every other alt, I got it on the first try. Something is definitely wrong.
