Upon logging in, it looks like my water reflections are lagging/ghosting somehow. I did not have any issues with water in the beta client.
This happens in both DX11 and DX12, across multiple AA options, on both good/high liquid options. I’ve messed with other graphics options and it seems to be the case no matter what. Also restarted the client.

Also to note: I’m using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, driver ver. 32.0.15.5612 (from 6/24).

I don’t have the exact same issue, but for me its like the shoreline of any body of water is ‘blinking’ a darker outline sporadically.

I am getting this too upon just logging in for the first time in a bit. Drivers should be all updated. It’s very odd.
Same thing’s happening on my end too.
Hey guys, after messing around with every possible setting, I found that this is caused by the Multithreaded Rendering compatibility setting in the Graphics options - near the bottom of the list. My water reflections are back to normal and the flickering black edges are gone after turning off this setting.
Give it a try, hopefully it helps.
That worked for me, thank you!
