Unable to apply water elemental glyphs like dark depths or tides, the glyphs also do not bring up the spell book or a selector to apply.
Since the Water Elemental only appears as part of the new Icy Veins talent, the Glyph will no longer work as there is no direct ability to apply it to.
This is fixed now as of the latest hotfix, though it unlisted in notes
It did revert my water elemental back to the base form from any previous glyph though
