Whoa, I forgot to ever watch that thing.
It definitely wasn’t boring lol.
And I was right, I’m still thinking about that unexpected Glenn Close cameo…
She played the role of an Arcane Cube named Alodi(who protected Azeroth before the Guardians of Tirisfal in the Movie Universe) who it seems was wounded in battle with Medivh(who got possessed by Gul’dan during his meeting with him) and had to give Khadgar one last message.
And yes Gul’dan did possess Medivh as the Movie Novelizations outright mention the instances of possession to have Medivh confront a hooded figure with Glowing Green Eyes which matches Gul’dan’s appearance easily.
Ironic how Medivh got subjugated by his own apprentice in Fel Magics… In his training with Fel he took the form of a Demon with a voice like ash and taught Gul’dan everything he knew only for Gul’dan to backstab him forcing Medivh to absorb Arcane in order to resist possession while oblivious to Gul’dan forcing him to aid him in spreading the Fel.
