Trying to find a chill stream just to watch while playing is getting impossible. So much anger, yelling, cursing. It is getting old.
I am not opposed to letting it out or claim to be better than any of them since I have definitely raged over arena- but-
I am dealing with my own anger issues over wow and tuning into these streams with everyone constantly screaming in the background is not helping. Am I watching the wrong people?
Its because dragon flight pvp is garbage. Dampening meta is lazy and feels bad
It’s because of two things. Solo shuffle and it’s good content.
Solo shuffle is just a generally frustrating game mode at times. You can play to the best of your ability and lose rounds because of teammates messing up. Then when they do mess up, a way to channel your anger is flame the person, because for a lot of people they love seeing streamers get mad. Look at Crusader his entire stream was based around him calling the people he’s playing with terrible and flaming them and he was consistently getting 1-2k viewers in SL after he got unbanned.
Only thing dampening me is solo queue times.

Venruki is pretty PG13 and chill. Looks like he streams during working hours though.
The streamers I watch never rage. Cdew, mes, Venruki, and vanguard are chill.

Is that how everyone decides meta? The streamers make a tier list and everyone plays whatever is on top. I always did find it strange how fast people would adapt to the meta oftentimes a day after a patch. Now it makes sense how they know

Guy must have calm down. I think the last time I watched him was in WoD and every stream was 4 hours of nerd rage.
It’s for the kids. Adults aren’t as easily impressed by a mouth opening look of shock/excitement …. (That’s a touchy line) I click for the context of what’s being discussed and if I’ve had my fill onto the next random video.
Also I believe YouTube added some guidelines back in the day for algorithm to notice you more if you use certain thumbnails. Hence the im shocked 
“pVp iS fIxEd” videos you’ll see from time to time. Just another business formulae at work, annoyingly.
Also a big one, you can go 5-1 and still lose rating or gain none. Because apparently you shouldn’t be playing against those people. But…you paired me up with them.
So you put me in a situation where I have pretty much nothing to gain and everything to lose. Sure you “should” defeat them but when you lose 1-2 rounds because the other team gets a couple of huge crits and deletes your teammate or a Rogue kills your teammate in Shadowy Duel. You get your target to 10% and your teammates don’t even swap to them at all (shrug).
They all do it. It generates revenue.
Almost all WoW streamers are desperate for money and not worth watching.
They are sick of WoW should have quit years ago but it’s all they know and depend on it for income.
They have no fun and aren’t enjoying themselves but are still forced to play if they want to have money.
It’s sad.
