Any idea where I can find him if he’s not in his usual spot. I can’t seem to that the catalyst quest without him.
He moves to either the front of or middle of Tyrhold at certain campaign points. I’d check there if he’s not in Valdrakken. You may have to progress a quest a bit.

I ran into the problem the other day. He was no longer on top of the tower with the dragon aspects. I found him hanging out way down at the base of the tower.
