Honestly several of the wastewander bandits under the tents have this issue and a couple times they would start evading in random areas of the sand.
This was an issue when the game launched. It was still an issue a couple months ago.
highly unlikely they’ll fix it since it was present in classic vanilla as well. I dont think theres a point in reporting bugs like these as they will probably never get fixed. They cant even fix the auction house lag on big servers making them literally UNUSABLE at night.
