Just lose one embellishment

That’s horrible.
Another feature to add to game : let us know if we’re about to make a mistake like this. “Are you sure? You already have 2…”

You can re-craft it the embellishment remover (unless it’s one of the always embellished items)

You can still remove embellishments from any crafted piece.

Just recraft without the embellishment ^

Not sure why people question game mechanics. Choices have consequences. Being more careful in the future is advised.

Well sim your crafted gear to see if any would still be an upgrade without the embellishment and if so put in a work order to have it removed.

That is true.

The developers do expect you to read tooltips and pay attention when making crafting/purchasing decisions in game. If you buy/craft the wrong thing, that on you.

Nope BUT one of your other embellishments you may recraft without an embellishment. Not sure what item is needed or what have you to temove it though.

Does it say anywhere that you can only have two embellishments? At best, I recall seeing a (2) by it but that doesn’t exactly provide a lot of information on what it means.

Under the assumption that they already have whatever the two ‘best’ embellishments are, I’m thinking the OP is asking if there’s a way to just refund the craft completely because they now realize that they don’t need this third crafted item at all.

I don’t think removing the embellishment from one of their other crafted items would work in this case, either. They said it was a set item, which probably means they require both pieces of the set to get the bonus, which also counts as an embellishment for both pieces. So it sounds like they’d be stuck with only one embellishment until they’re able to craft the second piece of the set as well.
