All the time and gold you invested into a spec that you love to just have it gutted and be made useless in raiding. I can understand dropping a couple of spots on the DPS meters, but to go right to the bottom, and underperform the lowest performing classes by a lot seems a bit much to me. The Developers either don’t care, or are completely incompetent when it comes to this spec. I’m starting to think it’s the former.

That’s really how it feels. Aff is a tuning nightmare, because of the mechanics of the spec, seems like they’ve given up until they can do a Rework

If they can’t balance it, they are not capable of reworking it to a state that we would be happy with.
Not intending to be dramatic, but I no longer have any confidence in the people responsible for class design and balance.

It really feels that 
. A real shame to give up on their recently revamped spec after a single patch.
It’s 2021 and that statement is still triggering. 
i would not complain if we got the iteration of affliction from legion, it was a lot of fun and meta for keys

It was a popular spec and as warlocks we gotta lay low and not draw too much attention.
Our best bet is to stay middle of pack and convince everyone our class is terrible, then maybe we shall fool the nerf hammer.
