I was working, so I was unable to watch the whole thing, but I saw Pikaboo and Xaryu’s shared channel with others go over 100k viewers. It seemed like everyone in the WoW channel was watching it.

Looking past it was a lot of people watching to see streamers get killed. But, looking aside from streamer favorites or favoritism. The sheer amount of attention WoW Classic HC was getting was impressive. And even with the drama within OF, I think the publicity has been good for WoW, and hopefully that translates into more WoW Stuff.

I will say, it was super satisfying watching a compilation of them dying.

Could be wrong but I dont think retail has caught this much attention since MoP, makes me wonder if they’ll reconsider how they design retail going forward. Maybe more players enjoy the classic design than Blizzard thinks.
