Was The Alliance Trying To Achieve Maximum Dazar'alor War Crimes?

“Don’t Weep for the stupid or you will be crying all day” best advice when dealing with bfa’s story

Except zul was with her, the guy responsible for continued aggression against the alliance.

Or they were sent an “anonymous” message several months prior that someone claiming to be the Zandalari Princess was going to the Eastern Kingdoms to start trouble and should be captured at all costs. I repeat, can see the future. For all we know, this was planned decades in advance.

Against the Horde and the Alliance, it was still a unarmored diplomatic vessel. One would think that maybe one should take that as a sign that they are willing to talk now.

Still, no questioning? And it is not so unbelievable to me, seeing how they did the literal same with a Darkspear who came to the Harbor to warn about the gathering of trolls that was happening.

No they didn’t. Those trolls weren’t dragged to the stockades, they were stopped at the harbor and told that they couldn’t enter the city.

And threatened, don’t forget that.

I mean, you can view Anduin that way but I don’t?

He does come off as a weak willed pushover, and one in charge of a society that we’ve been in a on and off war with for 33 years. As soon as super weapon juice came out of the ground I would of immediately broken the Alliances legs rather then hope that Anduin doesn’t slip up or get beaned with a rock.

A group of people from a faction that you are currently at war with sail into your harbor. Armed guards would be a more than reasonable precaution. The fact that they weren’t met with cannon fire is a remarkable show of restraint.

Lithya, this happens in the first three bosses. Not the flashback.

Point granted, the way the whole Zandalari issue was handled though was a big mistake and could have done much better on the Alliance side who wishes to appear diplomatic and the good guys.

I am sure it did. I take issue with the “genocide” comment.
With no context you would think this guy was describing the Holocaust.

Let’s be honest, the narrative is written in a way to make something work. Just look at the Blood Elf questing in Eversong Woods and the Ghostlands. Through the entirety of Vanilla the sacred forests of the Night Elves were infested with demons, corrupted Furbolg, Satyrs, Naga, and the Horde, but the Sentinels couldn’t be bothered to mobilize a single Huntress. Yet BC rolls around and the Blood Elves need to join the Horde, so suddenly an army of Sentinels is deployed to the other side of the planet to investigate, ‘reckless arcane magic use,’ in Quel’Thalas after ignoring it for 10,000 years in Eldre’Thalas.

Considering the above, I’m not shocked Talanji and Zul were thrown in prison rather than shown the courtesy and respect that Anduin Wrynn would have shown to any visitor or guest of Stormwind who comes peacefully.

I mean it is a literal ‘rain of fire’ brought down on ‘Troll Sympathizers’ brought about by using a forbidden art of the Earthen Ring to unload a wild uncontrollable elemental into a residential area.

There’s…not a good way to sugar coat that?

I guess you are right, the Alliance is always struck with the idiot stick when it comes to not forcing people into the ranks of the Horde. I mean: Goblins, Tauren, Trolls, Orcs, Zandalari and heck even the Forsaken are all evidence of this.

I call that Tuesday

And I call Teldrassil a regular BBQ

What good is a bbq if you burnt all the meat, you are the worst cook of all time

I mean I do too, and honestly i’m glad that the Alliance is doing things that are actually kind of shady. Up until now i’v felt like I was punching a kid, rather then actually fighting a serious opponent.

Granted this more then likely happened behind Anduin’s back…but baby steps.

I like my meat well-done… burnt if you will. And with all those special herbs smoking the meat before hand… yumm.

I like my meat rare and juicy. So we will just have to agree to disagree…nomi wannabe
