I just did the draenei heritage questline. That was an image of shattrath at the end right? So we’re to assume it’s getting revamped?
I believe it was Shattrath. The High Artificer mentions designing a New Shattrath.
Both Shattrath and Auchindoun were mentioned to be in the process of being rebuilt. If we ever see a revamp to Outland (maybe following the Last Titan), I imagine we can expect these 2 locations to be rebuilt.
The new Alleria short story mentions Silvermoon’s roads being recobbled and buildings destroyed during the Scourge Invasion (Warcraft 3) are only now just being rebuilt. We know there will be a Silvermoon update with Midnight.

It’s a new city that is going to be built where the Exodar is.
It is supposed to be designed as a better Shattrath. They are not building it on top of Shattrath though.
Yeah, I thought i heard that. Truthfully I was falling asleep at my desk while playing that first bit. It had been a long day on little sleep.
That is super neat though. I think it would be a far cooler capital city than the exodar.
I agree! I’m very excited for the future of the Draenei now. Azuremyst and Bloodmyst are sorely outdated. It was good to see the Draenei moving forward on rebuilding their civilization and reclaiming lost traditions.

You sure? I guess it could be an indication of the entire azuremyst and bloodmyst zones getting revamped. Which would coincide neatly with the same for quel’thalas.
Yes, Velen says it will be built on “The ashes of our exile” which is the Exodar.

Couldn’t that also refer to Shattrath, tho? They mention the Siege of Shattrath multiple times and they were exiled from Argus and lived on Draenor. Shattrath is literally a city of ruins.
Not saying you’re wrong, I’m cool with either idea, I fairly like yours tbh. But I think it’s been left open to some discussion.

I think if they intended for it to be a rebuilding of Shattrath they would have had the celebration and gathering of all the Eredar in Shattrath rather than at the Exodar.
Good chance it’ll be a dungeon.

I’m not opposed to Shattrath being rebuilt and everything. I just want the Draenei to be part of Azeroth rather than off on another world where they’ll rarely if ever be relevant for things happening on Azeroth.
I think the plan is to have the Draenei populate all 3 planets. Argus, Draenor and Azeroth. That’s the impression I got, at least.
If Blizzard wants to build up all 3 I’m all for it. If they’re only going to do 1 then I want Azuremyst.
I assume Harborage will at least remain a home for those that crossed the Dark Portal even if the Exodar were to leave. 
edit: Not sure if they’ll wipe out that town as there’s an unresolved danger nearby.
