Was not able to loot chest off of king Rastakhan

Same here - a couple of people in our raid looted the chest, but after that everyone else got an error message of “That item is already in use.” I wanted my Tiki Mask formula :frowning:

Yup… only one person in the raid was able to loot the chest, and only a few got items in the mail. The rest of us have yet to get anything.

More than half our raid couldn’t loot the chest. Can we please get a response to this?

Same here, relogged and everything, no mail or anythig

yeah, same with my guild. we hearthed and everyone was able to get their loot in the mail. but thats annoying as hell

I sent a ticket and the GM said they can’t know if I got the kill or not and they blamed my addons.

Way to go, Blizzard.

I wonder how they track achievements if they can’t confirm a boss kill completed on a player character. This truly is a magical place.

Still no loot for killing him…
Check my raid progress on my profile, it says I’m 7/9, which I am, but also says 1/9 for LFR…I’m assuming this is the Rastakhan kill being bugged.

guys i got my loot back you have to submit a ticket on when you killed him and what day the chest was bugged out

This occurred to us tonight as well. I have opened a ticket, we’ll see what happens.

This occurred with at least a couple of people in my guild’s group tonight, including myself. We would like to see it addressed as soon as possible. Thanks.
