Was my boosted rogue supposed to have max lockpicking?

I boosted my lvl 20 rogue to 58, but my lvl 50ish lockpicking didn’t change. I’ve been out here looting shores like tom hanks for hours grinding my skill up… Then my friend who boosted a new rogue says it came with 300 lockpicking and 300 weapons skills

Did you guys have maxed out skills after a boost?

At level 58 the max you could get in lockpicking and weapon skills is 290

When they were doing the load balancing tests in beta I made a Rogue. The system made a new character be level 58 like a boost and I had 290 lock picking skill.

So that’s what I would expect, but I haven’t boosted a Rogue so can’t say for sure.
