Hi, was just questing and in the middle of combat and was disconnected. I have active subscription so I dont think its that. I was fighting a monster so I hope Im not dead. Happening to anyone else?

Damn…they usually give 15 minute warnings that countdown. You should see in the chat window if that helps for next time

The countdown was in the chatlog like it always is.

It’s been announced for three days and they give ingame warnings, unless you’ve turned them off.

Even before the shut down people start spamming in general “get to a safe location, get to the inn, 1 minute left!” I refuse to believe you didn’t see the general chat, or the server warnings…

I can’t believe they this to you. If you are dead because of this, you need to create a ticket to appeal it, this came out of nowhere.
Don’t forget to create new post about how it is going every few days, don’t indulge in the nonsense of bump one threat, new posts, the forum need lots of new threats about appeals and DCs.

Next before you even log in they tell you they are shutting down at a certain time. THEY DO IT ALMOST ONCE A WEEK, EVERY MONTH, OF EVERY YEAR! You were not paying attention. But you will now!
If the server shut down you should be fine
That would make the most sense. I’d assume once the servers shut down all activity ceases.
