By definition, buddy, no they are not.
The currency to obtain a crafted piece is available in delves. You cannot get a Mythic piece by running a Tier 11 delve.
The reason I use 7s as a baseline is because they are the first + to grant Gilded, and, they are about as difficult as running an 11 delve in offspec.
If I can run 7s all day, get far more chances at higher track loot, and get more Gilded currency faster, of course M+s are still going to be the best way to gear.
There is no way in heck I could have reached my current ilvl and my current ability to time 10s just from Delves alone.

Yes it is. Myth track crafted gear is mythic level gear.
Yes you can. You can get everything you need to craft mythic gear JUST from delves.
What you use as a baseline is irrelevant.
This would matter if we were talking about how fast versus we are talking about it just being available.
This dude is just mad people aren’t buying as many mythic raid or dungeon runs which are predatory in nature because they can at a very slow pace get at least crafted gear and such that is comparable to some of the higher difficulty content

If you want to run a really cruddy set up, sure. But keep in mind you can only have two embellishments, so why would anyone want to gear via purely delves anyway?

This is really just a personal complaint resulting from your choice of content to pursue and doesn’t really constitute an overall problem for the game. We aren’t establishing how this is bad for the game only that you don’t like it.

Funny, I was thinking the exact same about keys. Since a quest with a 2 key was added to delves. Which has been the only key I’ve run in TWW.
Blizzard always tries to get players to experience other aspects, like participation trophies for turning on Warmode. Not really a new strategy from blizz.

Delves are like raiding, M+ or PvP: It’s just a different style of play. It is amusing how self centered people are that they have to ask if a play style they don’t prefer is successful when it clearly is. Blizz, for all their faults, can see the metrics and will put investment where they see the player interest. For example: In the last number of patches which has gotten more content, delves or PvP?
IMO delves are great but lack polish. Brann is a f***ing nightmare that I’ve learned to hate. The never ending “in combat” when nothing is attacking or pursuing you has been around since 1.0. Based on what’s happening with Microsoft I suspect the polish will diminish, so play as long as it’s fun then move on.

Delves arent difficult enough to award hero track let alone mythic track.
And the original point of the thread was that Delves were nerfed into the ground and over rewarding because they needed to boost numbers

That’s what they do with everything though. M+ gets nerfed into the ground by mid-season like it’s a Blizzard tradition or something.
I’ll agree that I’d prefer they were closer to S1 difficulty though. They kind of lost me a bit on everything but the challenge fights because delves are soooo easy now. Especially the OC delves which I hoped would be a difficulty evolution and not just an outright nerf to bountiful delve difficulty.

ikr, love delves so play them every time I get play time.
I have others, my druid is just my gathering toon for herbs/ore and fishing. Thats how I make my gold.
All my alts are lower geared. Some ares till in S1 gear.

Delves are considered open world so yea.
I have alts but none are at this gearing level. They are just for farming, fishing, that sort of thing.
Never done a m+, like ever not even 1 to try them out, and only LFR for raids

I have a main whos 680 that does the Raids and Keys and I have 6 alts. I can’t imagine finding the time to pull that off with 6 of them lol.

Yes, but why would you, if you are going after gear, and plan on M+ or raiding, why would you waste time crafting slots that will be replaced in a few dungeons? That would be, what, several months of work?

I don’t have the playttime anymore to gear that many so put all my efforts into just 1 toon, this one.
