Was a solution ever found for DirectX12 lag spikes?

Ever since 8.3 dropped I’ve had this thing where if I play on DirectX12 like I’m supposed to I get massive, 5-10 second long lag spikes.

I’ve been using the DirectX11 Legacy workaround, but this drops my FPS by like 50 so it’s barely any better.

I know this was a commonly reported problem so I assumed at some point Blizzard would just fix it, but here we are almost a month out and it’s still happening. I’m sick of dealing with it.

I believe the entirety of the support offered has incorporated insinuation that this problem is occurring on the user end. Many of us have troubleshot all the way through a display driver re-installation with no avail other than to play on 50fps with DX11Legacy.
