Warriors Need More Attacks

Warriors need more attacks. Blizzard removed the talent trees, so in order to compensate for the fact that all the specs are the same, they decided to split warriors’ attacks between all three specs. Prot gets thunderclap, how I miss it so. Rend and cleave are now Arms talents. Heroic strike is completely gone. Whirlwind is worthless as Arms, and filler as Fury. If you want Blizzard to give all warrior specs their attacks back, then show support for this thread.

In addition it would be nice to have battle stance, berzerker stance, and defensive stance. It would also be nice if warriors had to equip a one-hander and shield like we had to do in the past to use certain spells, as it makes the class more interesting.

They wont really bring back more abilities, since it will require a lot of balancing and redesign and you wont be getting that during the expansion. The problem with adding abilities back, you might get the problem of having abilities that dont do anything on the spec like slam/shield slam on fury as a exemple.

Maybe next expansion they will add more abilities or make new redesign of warrior specs for the better or worse.

I would prefer they stop adding powers that get remove in the next expac for a new one and they just add more stuff in the core of the spec/class when we lvl up that stay with us forever like a new talent row.

Go play classic and you have all of that back. Stop being a reminiscing Randy. There is no need to bring 99% of that back.

Imo Prot and Arms have enough keybinds as it is, and Fury is amazing. If they try to “fix” fury there’s nowhere to go but down. Maaaaybe some utility or a big CD but the base rotation is perfect and probably my favourite in the game.

I wish Onslaught for Fury was like a massive damaging attack on like a 30 second cool down

I like the fury rotation. Add in the NF ability, and it’s really fun.

More does not mean better.

I’d rather have a more engaging and smooth rotation with fewer buttons then a clunky one with 20 buttons to press that don’t feel meaningful.

Warriors have never been a complex class in technique. We’re all about exacting execution. Even Gladiator, which was the highest APM spec, was never technically complex. It was just very difficult for players to comprehend the execution for it, and so the vast majority resorted to macros to dumb it down–which also lowered their DPS.
