Warriors need a dash in PVE?

Is it just me or do warriors feel slow in PVE? I feel like heroic leap should have two stacks standard or something, to get out of sticky raid situations. I feel like we’ve become the slowest class now in general, used to be DK’s.

I feel like a little speed dash similar to a monk roll would be nice.

Honestly I feel fine for the most part in PvE in terms of mobility in a fight.

Heroic Leap ends up being a 23s(maybe 24s) cooldown with the evoker buff and talented for CDR/Speed. I also raid Mythic and we have 3 evokers in the raid (shocking, evokers being plentiful) so any high movement phase tends to have 2 leap charges up at all times.

I’ve also got speed enchants on bracers/boots and take the movespeed talent so i’m sitting at 112% movespeed so walking out of mechanics and then charging back in leads to little downtime. Intervene is also a solid option for movement that’s useful if I preplan it for fights and have range or healers standing in the spots I want to move to (queen comes to mind).

We’re easily one of the more mobile Melee still to this day, but we do require planning and foresight in how we want to move otherwise you will be stuck waddling.

take intervene?

I think the only time in recent memory I have of lacking mobility in PvE was the handful of pulls I tanked of mythic tindral. Soaking mushrooms was an eye opener on how reliant we generally are for another target to maintain mobility.

Heroic Leap for the most part does shore up that weakness, and I’m not sure we’ll get another mechanic like Tindral Mushrooms with quick extended minor movements anytime soon again.

Yeah, I thought about that but you have to target someone, and intervene also brings more damage onto yourself.

I really only notice the issue during Queen Ansurek, or running through an area in general we are pretty slow.

When I did Queen on my DK is was easy mode.
