Warriors. How is BS treat these days for AE tanking?

I just hit 60 and reworking my talents. I mostly tab sunder. Taunt when things get messy. Marking targets helps a lot. But I have not used Battle Shout for AE threat. I read on icy veins BS is the way to go after a fix back in sept 2019. So my questions are:

Does BS hold sufficient ae threat to open on a multi mob pull?

Is Booming Voice worth consideration since it expands the radius AE of your shouts? (making sure the whole group gets the BS buff)

Don’t know about booming voice, cruelty might be a better choice. Just ask the group to stay closer. Ask them if they are getting the buff.
