I know blizzard wanted to nerf warriors into the ground so nobody would play them as dps but…they replaced every percentage damage increase with a way to gain enrage.
What are we supposed to use with enrage? We have 2 abilities that requires being enraged and they are both from runes and one is a self heal with a long cooldown.
Am I missing something here?

I’ve been scratching my head trying to find synergies and what a potential fury rotation will look like but at this point it all seems like slop in a bucket
like sudden death good, but how good?
do i pool rage, and never stance dance to have bigger executes?
am i supposed to run taste for blood and apply rend for over power?
wrecking crew and rampage both seem underwhelming, will we even cast MS/BT or pool that rage for execute
do we even have a leg rune as fury?

Make Raging Blow a book or baseline. That way people have a button to hit when Enraged.

Thats what im scractching my head around with aswell a lot of the runes for dps warrior are now just straight up dead. Like completely unusable. For example if your trying to make a dual wield fury build what runes do you have.
Back: Sudden death is the only option, fresh meat is horrible with terrible uptime compared to SD
Hands: Single Minded Fury is dead, threat is not a real issue in SOD the threat reduction is pointless and Move speed is w/e Endless rage is your only option.
Wrist: only option is wrecking crew perma uptime 10% bloodthirst dmg is better than 10% AP for 30 sec on a 2 min cd. (maybe rampage is better on super short fights)
Legs: 0 actual 0 useable rune for dual wield fury what is the actual point to consumed by rage now. We get enraged from so many different sources its useless.
Waist: The only rune slot that has actual competition either precise timing or blood surge
Chest: Flagellation is dead for dps now, Raging blow hits for a wet noodle its terrible your only option is Blood Frenzy only because of our head rune and new tier set that promotes stance swapping
Head: Head rune has been disappointing since P3 because fury had 0 options. Now that we can stance swap because consumed by rage is dead swapping over to OP is good.
you can scrounge up a working build, tho I dont know how good it is numerically but gameplay feel is a complete mess. You are procing sudden death so much because you are hitting so fast so your constantly dumping your rage from the execute (for some reason sudden death only lets us use execute instead of giving us a FREE execute like how it is in retail) on top of you constantly nuking your rage from stance swapping to press OP, meanwhile all this adding more insult to consumed by rage which wants you to build up rage.
Arms/2h Fury are the only dps builds where you feel like you have a useable and functioning rune in every slot even if the choice is still limited. They can definitely salvage things to fix this issue but right now in this current build it aint good.

Completely agree with you enrage is totally pointless text right now in a lot of these runes. Enrage was always a talent in the fury tree so it has been weird from the start of SoD that there are multiple different enrages that don’t do the same thing or stack. I would like to see a 2 part change Enrage that would change the “buff” and the fury tree Enrage talent.
- Enrage becomes Improved Enrage AKA “More Mad”: Instead of applying Enrage when crit it flat improves the enrage from all sources to grant the same damage buff it already does on the Enrage talent
- Make “Enrage” a consistent effect, maybe it gives 2 rage per second or increases the rage cap, it could even be a simple 5% damage just make it more than a status.
This would make enrage a status we want to have but also let us choose between the many sources to get the uptime we want.
Bro nobody is reading this.

Yeah, how about actually giving us something to impact rotation? All our runes are being nerfed into the ground but nothing really new to impact playstyle.
