I’m lvl’ing a warrior. So, I purchase a few items in the AH as I need them, and to get upgrades. With this in mind, is it worth doing the Warrior class quests, as I lvl?
the quest for the whirlwind axe at 30 is the only one worth doing until lvl 50 when you can get your flask.
And then it’s only worth doing if you can get help, because you’re not soloing it at 30 
Like other ppl said get a 60 friend to carry you through your whirlwind ax quest its a big upgrade provided u get it right at 30. If you can do so its also not bad to grab the fire hardened hauberk since this is an item which doubles as a free rage potion. This one is a bit out the way though so it may make sense to skip it. You absolutely have to do your quest for the diamond flask and do not ever ever pick one of the other rewards for that one. The diamond flask is a great item for pvers and in classic has a pvp application as well with the self healing.
Warrior quests give you access to your other stances. Not doing those quests would limit your toolkit and effeciency while playing.

Most important quests. Also get the flask, that’s bis irreplaceable forever.
Warrior quests are fun, try to enjoy them, don’t rush them. Class quests really make classic shine.
for the stances and at lvl 30 if you can get the wirlwind weapon chain you will have a weapon that is supposed to be about blue level 40ish on a lvl 30 char. There is also quel’sarrar, but that is much later.
