I asked in the warrior forums and no ones seems to want to answer, so I’ll try here.

Fury is double 2-handed from wrath and up.
MoP Remix =/= MoP era classes.
Hmmm, ok. So what’s the preferred specc if I’m looking to do damage early on the game?
I’m starting at at lvl 10.
It doesn’t matter. Just pick a spec you enjoy and grind your Remix powers up and you become overpowered over time.
Good point.
Fury warriors can dual wield 2h weapons in MOP remix. But, you need to have the passive titan’s grip.
I don’t remember exactly, but I think you get it maybe around level 20 The spell book should tell you what level you get it at.
Titan’s Grip was made available to Fury Warrior at LV. 11 in Patch 10.0
Why it’s not given right away when you spec into Fury at LV. 10, I have no idea.
it starts at level 11.
Titan Grip is the default out of the box mode for fury warriors. You actually need to spec into single minded fury to be proficient with one handed weapons. SMF is generally agreed to be inferior.
I’m using it on MoPRemix right now just to mix up transmogs a little bit. It’s fine. Most of your performance will be determined by your gems in remix.
It might be inferior but looks better to me visually. Swinging around two giant weapons in one hand just looks silly to me but can be funny at times. Saw a Gnome warrior twirling twin spears which gave me a laugh.
I definitely agree there. I much prefer the look of more sensibly sized 1h weapons.
Something to note for Remix though.
Fury gets an event-specific debuff called “timerunner’s grip” that reduces the STR stat by the difference between a pair of 1-handers and a pair of 2-handers.
This only applies if you are dual wielding, and have a 2-hander in either or both hands.
I guess someone wanted to try to balance out the difference in stats but it’s annoying.
I leveled a fury warrior in remix and eventually went with a pair of one handers and single minded fury, and the DPS was virtually the same.
Your mileage may vary.
EDIT: if you want a pair of nice looking 2-hand swords that don’t look ridiculously oversized, go with the appearance of the Dacian Falx, if you have the mog.
For me, it depends on what race I’m playing. Bigger races like Tauren, Draenei, Orcs, and Trolls I think TG looks okay. But on like a Human or Dwarf or Gnome, it’s goofy and I prefer SMF.
Titan’s Grip requires level eleven.
If you want to make sure you always get two-handed weapons, set your loot spec to Arms.
