Warrior, Paladin or Priest?

So I’ve jumped back into WoW for the first time in years and wanted to get the classic experience. I’ve narrowed down my choices to priest warrior and paladin. Which one is best for leveling, money making, endgame dungeon/raid performance(I’ve never raided and would like to get into it, so the more user friendly, the better) and endgame solo pve potential, and I guess pvp strength. What would you guys reccomend?

Warrior:
Pros: Very Powerful, Top Teir DPS, top tier tank, can tank in 2 specs easily
Cons: Painful to level (esp Prot), Surprisingly squishy when solo, lots of shared gear

Paladin:
Pros: Strong single target healer, Ret is a lot of fun, strong solo leveling
Cons: End game single spec, only single target healer, alli only

Priest:
Pros: Top tier healer, Can heal in any spec, ez to get into any dungeon
Cons: Eng game single spec, Lots of shared gear, solo leveling is iffy

These are just my personal highlights. I have both a 60 pally and 60 warrior. 11 played days to get to 60 as a prot warrior, 6 played days as a ret pally.

Which one do you find more fun? Pally or warrior? I’ve heard pallies do ALOT of autoattacking, but shine when in a group setting. Warrior’s seem to have very high expectations and I’m no pro, so it seems intimidating

I’d point out that, if you’ve never raided, then healing as a Paladin is not too demanding, which allows you to focus on learning the terrain, while also being in demand (it’s pretty easy to find a raid spot as a holy paladin).

Also, you can spec something like 20/31/0 or 21/30/0, heal competitively in a raid setting, solo farm Lashers, and a few other spots, and heal or tank 5 man instances (if you have gear to support those roles).

Sick! Pally sounds like the go to then in terms of quality of life. Time to start autoattacking!

Auto attacking is a very poor way of describing a Ret pally. Its is MUCH more than that.

You have 3 continual self-buffs you juggle. Aura, Blessing and Seals
These 3 significantly alter how you play. Choosing the right one greatly depends on if you want max dps in burst form, lower but more sustained dps, or very low dps, but infinite mana/HP. I have killed {Skull} level mobs and died to Greys based on how my buffs were set up.

Also you can rock combo into it, to pump up your own dps, or others dps. You can power up tanks or casters depending on judgements and seals. VERY fun to play. Its far from just auto attacking.

Example:
Blessing of Might, Sanctity Aura.
Cast Seal of the Cusader on self.
Judge seal of crusader on the enemy, then cast Seal of Command on self.
Cast consecration
Continue to cast Judgement of Seal of Command when on CD, then rebuffing self w/ Seal of Command.

This will pump out MASSIVE holy damage against your target. Melee damage will only be about 50% of your overall. If undead (Strath, scholo), you can filter in Exorcism, and Holy Wrath for even more Holy damage.

Paladin solo questing is a bit more boring one would say. Not a lot of buttons to choose from.

But you know what you do much less? Graveyard runs. And stare anxiously at your rage bar wait for it to fill to do something…

Both have pros and cons and I am always torn between the light and the furious charge.

Get them both to 10 and see which one you like more and are willing to keep going.

Warrior is Top dmg in PVE in PvP depends by themselves meh in group they ok/good. Good at single target tanking lowest on tps but makes up for it in taunts. Tier revolves around tanking so easy to gear for tanking.

Paladins by themselves shine and in group in PvP. Really good single target heals, ret does ok dmg if done right, and prot Paladin highest aoe tps. If a raid boss is immune to taunt it’s either really good Paladin or a Druid for tps all Paladin spec viable in PvP. Can 3m UBRS with a Paladin tank or any dungeon.

Most ppl are more comfortable with warrior as main tank in raids but I see Paladin tanks doing MT in taunt immune fights and druids.

well , as for builds themselves priests Have at least 3 differnet healing builds plus a heal dps hybrid or a shadow dps one, wich is actually usefull

priest dont have a single spec endgame , it all depends on yourself and youg guild

i wouldnt say alot… since its basically all you do 1-60 unless in a group

Warrior, rogue, priest, mage or warlock.

Everything else is a support class.
