Warrior or rogue for Worgen class?

I’ve read several threads in which both classes were highly recommended–especially rogue. Of the two, which class do you find most enjoyable to play as a Worgen?

I personally prefer warrior in every race, but for rogue seems to fit worgen Better. Most worgen in the game seem to be more roguelike

Worgen Furry Warrior.

But they do have nice stealth animations. I think. I can’t remember.

Lore or gameplay?

Lorewise, it would depend if you want to be a sneaky, lupine stalker of the night; or a savage, blood thirsty werewolf.

Gameplay wise, the racials and base stats work well for both, with the only real specific benefit being Flayer for rogue if you’re looking to do skinning/leather working.

I’ve tried the rogue on two other races–both Horde–and could not get into it from the get-go. I ma give both it and the warrior a try as a Worgen, just to see how I feel about the low-lvl animations. (If the play style and/or animations don’t grab me early on, it’s a no-go for me. But, in theory, I want to like the rogue. Maybe I just tried the wrong races for it. Heh-heh.)

I just tried a Worgen mage and couldn’t stomach the animations. (I like the mage animations much better on pretty much any elf race.)

Warriors are more fun than rogues… at least Fury is.

I’m the kind of person that has stupid pun-names for all of his Worgen and Tauren characters.

I like and have both a Worgen Rogue and Worgen Warrior. I currently main my Warrior as a tank and love my rogue as an Outlaw spec. Both are fun to play and I guess honestly it comes down to what you enjoy more.

When I think of Worgen, I think of Lycans; I think of warriors.

I appreciate everyone’s thoughts on this. I know that I enjoy playing a warrior, but I will give rogue another (third) shot; if it doesn’t take this time, then I’ll go warrior.

i have a lowbie worgen rogue and druid. i really like both. they’re fun. i like the worgen animations for outlaw a lot. :slight_smile:
