It goes without saying that it fits them thematically perfectly. It would also solve the problem that tanking is the only role that cannot bring lust. DPS and healers can both bring BR and Lust. Tanks currently can only contribute BR to a group. Warrior would be the best option to giving Lust to. Thoughts? Warriors don’t bring enough utility to the group already that I would think adding lust would make them OP.

Lack of utility is the key issue (especially from the tank PoV). Prot brings very little utility wise compared to VDH and PPal. So, unless, they bring extra survivability (maybe a bit) or extra damage (no), there is zero reason to ever bring a prot war compared to higher utility tanks.
Edit: after playing prot pally and vdh a bit this season, I never realized how useful it is to have a 30 yard silence on a short CD or an aoe ground silence / chains to gather mobs.

I agree though, various utility like this SHOULD be given to more classes. Hero would be a great fit for either Warrior or Paladin (leaning towards Warrior since Paladin has BRez now), summoning would be nice for Mage and DK, grip could go to Hunters and Rogues (I’m thinking grapple-gun style for the animation), PI could be given to Paladin, Druid, or Shaman, etc.
If war gets lust then someone needs a BR.

War lust should be called, War Shout or War Cry.

I think giving Warrior an AoE Enrage Dispel (maybe tie it with Intimidating Shout) would be a more unique bit of utility that can help them get invites in affixes or dungeons where Enrages matter. Why should Evokers have all the fun?
I get the impression not giving tanks lust is a philosophic choice by the developers, so that might be a bigger ask.
In DF we added 2 more BRs, 3 if you count the wrists.
Thought only paladins got BR. Not counting engineering.
I support more utility for Warriors.
