Warrior Class quest: Ulag the Cleaver is bugged

Been trying to get the quest “Ulag the Cleaver” done. The thing is, I go to the door, open the door, and no Spawn of Ulag the Cleaver.

I have tried to do it for the past couple of days and still not working.

You don’t open the door, you have to interact with the Mausoleum Trigger on the ground.

The Trigger is located on the ground on the south west side of the arches before the door. Hope that helped

This was by far the easiest information. I was looking for a lever but it’s just a little plate with a skull on the floor. Not very big.
