Do the colors still change based on spec or can you use any color regardless of spec now? Seems kind of a crap design to force warriors to use a certain spec for a different color when other classes were allowed to simply buy all their colors and use as they please.

Pretty sure not, its the same for other classes like Shaman, Mage or DK
unfortunately the color of your mount i still tied to your spec. Not the case for all classes but for Warriors and a couple others the spec is determining the color. Should just give us the choice.
