As the title says. As far as I remember, charge stun should not be resisted by non-immune NPC creatures. Undead, Humanoid, and Beasts have been resisting the 1 sec stun from Rank 1 Charge. levels being attacked were within the 2 level range, above and below.
hah, tries to charge an orc npc. resist. wut.
There’s an innate chance for any spell to be resisted. This includes the stun from charge
Again, I don’t remember seeing any “stun” effect resisted. Only the initial -ability- itself do I remember being able to be resisted/blocked/missed/etc
your memory is simply lacking.
The stun is tied to charge. So that is the part that is being resisted
feign death resists were the best, hunter falls over mob continues to hunter starts bashing “corpse”
also I remember being snared and charging at super slow speeds, will that happen in this version of wow ?
I also remember what you’re talking about lol. I haven’t tried warrior yet so I can’t tell if it’s still a thing. But I’m hoping hopping on your mount still let’s you dodge warrior charges. Although that was due to batching so who knows
there was a thing where if you jumped at the right moment you also negated the stun I believe
No that wasn’t to negate the stun, it was that you continued moving while stunned so warrior got less hits on you.
It was similar mechanically to disengaging a charge.
But then you know, warriors cried and blizzard nerfed that.
Yep that’s it. Gave you enough distance that they couldn’t follow up with hamstring, so you either got away or got at least a charge and intercept out of them.
Yup, only really worked if you were charging from an extreme distance.
Also if you are a tauren warrior right now that would never work lol.
let’s not all forget that in vanilla, BC, and wrath. you could jump a warriors charge. you would not be stunned in the air thus you would jump the full distance through the stun and land to the side dodging hamstring all together.
