colossus smash, avatar, 2 overpowers and 1/2 executes, trinket use/proc, weapon enchant proc, and a 30% chance on crit are required, in a spear crit dmg buff, on a target with low armor, and no defensives up. ya. pretty easy to hit 200k if u ask me. 130-150k is semi common though with only half the stars aligning.
