Will consider all exceptional applicants that either show great upside or have a long progression raiding background with at least TOP 150 US experience with appropriate percentile logs for our rankings.
Please only apply if you are willing to put in the appropriate time outside of raid prepping your character, doing the daily grind each tier provides, and doing sufficient research on the raid bosses. It is as important to study the fights as it is to improve your personal character's progression.

Requirements:
Minimum ilvl 230 and caught up with other character progression, including Archivist's Codex rep, legendaries, domination sockets and so on.
We recruit the player, not the character. Exceptional players of any class with a consistent history of raiding always encouraged to apply.
Our priority is a stable community with low turnover. If you've been with your previous guild for a short period of time you should include an explanation. If you're looking for a long term home you've come to the right place.

Trial period typically lasts through 4 weeks of progression raiding. We don't recruit to the bench, and trials that graduate to full member can expect 80-90%+ play time. Likewise, we expect 90%+ long term attendance, with near 100% attendance for the trial period regardless of whether you're in for a given fight. Please don't apply if you have conflicts with our raid times.

Warpath of US-Illidan has been a progression raiding guild since WoW launch, with a long history of top 50 world kills. We still have the same leadership and vision, but now progress mythic raids with a lighter schedule and a time-efficient outlook. We still demand the same high quality play from each other.
Our guild is welcoming and united by common interest and a healthy environment. We cooperate and do what's best for the team. We distribute all tradeable gear with progression on priority bosses put first. We count on each other to research and perform at a level fitting more than fifteen years of raiding experience. It's important to our guild culture that the focus is on improvement and fixing problems, not flaming mistakes. Constructive behavior is the fastest path to killing bosses.
Maintaining a healthy guild roster requires more than 20 members to allow for absences and comp flexibility. We understand that no one is entitled to 100% play time, and are courteous swapping in and out as the fights need. Our ideal roster size is 24-26 players with 95% attendance and high progression play time per player.
Our application process starts you as a trial and gets you into some raids right away. If things go well you'll be promoted to full member. We expect that you'll get along with our guild inside and outside of raids, and put progression as a team ahead of personal goals and loot. Being active and social is a big part of showing us your best as a trial.
