Wouldn’t their parents have to also give consent to their minor child being a part of a class action suit?
Wouldn’t that also indicate that the parents authorized the purchases of said game/content/access?
I’m no lawyer but a quick google search shows it takes 40+ plaintiffs to be certified a class.
So highly likely most are 18+ or have their parents permission/representation.

There’s at least 40+ adults who brought that lawsuit into a class.
Sounds like it will set a precedent though. Will be interesting to see play out.
