WARNING: Cache quests are not dropping Coffer Keys

Just giving an early warning in case someone sees this. My friend, who hasn’t collected ANY of his 4 Coffer keys this week, just did two Cache quests and did not get a key from either one.

I did all of mine yesterday and received my keys as expected.

Could be a widespread thing… maybe hold off on your cache quests until this can be investigated.

No answer and doesn’t appear their doing anything about it.

0 on my main today and my alt got 2 keys then nothing it stopped giving them

Staff will only respond if they need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Any updates on current bugs will be in the pinned threads of that forum.

Regardless of that being their process, its a pretty bad process when you have people locked out of primary content for a game they paid money to play.

Same thing happened to me today. On and alt only has 3 keys left, I did 4 events (including Special Assignments) got 0 keys. Not good… not good at all.
