So let’s say If I go to a High Pop Horde server and Low pop Alliance is it still possible to encounter Wpvp due to warmode?

Thinking of server transferring soon due to Emerald Dream server losing what made it special with the removal of pvp servers and unable to find a guild to get my feet planted back into the game.

warmode builds shards from the entire region.

it will prefer to keep you on the same datacenter as your main server for ping reasons, but It will do what it can to create balanced shards when possible

Yes. A lot of players play both factions, too.
