This is not personal or even about you and me anymore. This is about establishing a possible pattern of behavior that is negatively impacting play of people that you feel have wronged you.
I am glad that you have a had a meaningful existence on this server and are part of the cultural mosaic that makes this such a special place. Lets not ruin it? Take a breath next time and realize it was never personal. I’ve been there before too, but we have to be better.
As I said, you do you. Was going to type the clarification on what actually happened but its a waste on you. Very few people have “wronged me” in this game, you are not in that category, sorry.

This is a prime example as to why you dont send messages about PVP… AND why you dont reply to messages about PVP! Because all of ya’ll look stupid as hell.

I am not sure what kind of content you do. I must admit that I don’t do much here anymore, but after an M+ run or in pvp is it really ok to harass other people? It’s fair game to antagonize and mess with people when playing against them, it is in the spirit of the event, but when does that step over a line for you?
I mean you dismissing and attempting to diminish any type of valid criticism of a deviant behavior says what exactly? What are you saying to people who are beaten down all day only to log in here, to their safe place, only to be put down again. There are very valid reasons why blizzard brought in a new social contract, there are very valid reasons why people deserve basic respect.
Great advice, when you can. How long do you need to ignore a problem until someone is ready to address it? Is it my job as an affected party? Is it my job as a community member? Is it Blizzard’s job because it is their game? or maybe it’s the offending individuals job? I like to think it is a mix of all of them. While I suppose I should have just reported this person for what they did, I also think that having a conversation is important when trying to understand.
It can be unpopular to stand up for what you believe in, but hey, here we are.
Its your job to report someone sending you nasty messages and NOT reply, because if you reply, blizzard throws the report out the window.

As the new Khan of the Centuar tribes, I hereby decree that all PvP happening within the lands over which I now hold sway be approved, in writing, 3 weeks prior to said PvP occurring. Violators of the edict will suffer no consequences because, well, there’s not really anything I can do about it .
