Can anyone tell me how I can obtain this polearm transmog now in shadowlands?

I know I can get the level 25 weapon that is non transmog-able and then there is the replica weapons sold in area-52. Is there any possible way for a player to obtain these replicas for transmog now in shadowlands?

Hit 1800 in RBGs. It’s horde only though.

So if I hit 1800 in RBGs on horde today I can get the replic high warlord polearm?
