Very surprised that these are not transferable. It seems that the major currency in every expansion needed to progress is not transferable. There must be some justification on Blizzard’s part not to do this but it seems an arbitrary decision to me. Reservoir Anima is another that is not transferable. Dragon Isles Supplies ARE transferable but Emerald Dewdrop’s are not. Boggles my mind.

I agree this would be nice but I doubt we’ll see this anytime in the near future.
I agree. I remember them saying leveling an Alt will be a lot easier that since you already did the content why go through it over and over again. It’s like pulling teeth getting blizzard to actually LISTEN to us about garrisons. The monuments are still broken 3 years and counting. Multiple Bug reports, tickets and still they ignore us. It would make sense to have all resources transferable, after all they are in Legion but why not in Warlords. They dont care about the player base and what they enjoy, they only care about themselves.
going forward as soon as season 4 (or the last patch of an expac) all currencies become transferrable.
Too easy to farm and it has a cap of 10k. You just need an Inn level 2 then headhunt for followers with bonus resources.

Yeah that’s great and all, however 10k resources sit on multiple toons with Every building level 3 and cache is sitting at 1k while my new alt is pushing through content that says “Warband has already completed this quest”. I mean if they are going to inject the statement, then the resource should be transferable… I mean they are already transferable in Legion so why not Warlords? Because they dont care about the players who want garrisons.
I’m gonna level with you.
Every toon that I play seriously has a Garrison Hearth with a Level 3 Garrison, because it’s a third hearth {Dalran being second}. I make a Level three garrison so I can teleport to Ashran and get my booty to Ogrimmar in lickity-split…
So I just do the storyline up to the point where I have a Level 2 Garrison. Then it asks me for 2000 resources to make a level 3 garrison. I can get the resources within a few days or just spend the 8k gold per Huge Ogre Cache to get what I need to make it Level 3.
That’s how I roll…
That’s the point, not having to farm for days or spending Gold on something that should already be transferable…

But I want that functional garrison hearth so bad on that new character, I’ve done the beginning Draenor Questline on a total of 25 toons which used to take an hour or so. I didn’t mind spending the 8k gold so I didn’t have to wait four days until I got the garrison resources. I guess I’m just used to it.

They are rolling out warband stuff to old xpacs slowly. One time i actually agree with blizz. While stuff like this makes sense. It could easily break quest chains or other content.
